We have a no-return policy, which means you can’t return the item after receiving it. You can always contact us for any questions at vshop@vdesignstudio.net.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at vshop@vdesignstudio.net.
